Every Sunday starting April 6th, from 1 pm to 3:30 pm, “JAZZ IN THE PLAZA” will begin its Fifth Season of free, outdoor jazz concerts in Putnam Plaza – in front of the Speakeasy Restaurant in downtown Petaluma.
The creation of Chuck Sher (jazz bassist, book publisher and KRCB radio host ), “Jazz in the Plaza” will have a rotating cast of the best local jazz musicians playing high-class, listenable music – including outstanding players like Ken Cook, Kendrick Freeman, Randy Vincent, David Rokeach, Rob Suddeth, Doug Morton and many more.
