The Social Contractors deliver an upbeat blend of original rock and classic hits from the 60s-90s, featuring melodic vocals, searing guitar and sax solos, and a dynamic rhythm section that will get you moving on the dance floor!

The local “all-star” line up includes Travis Thayer of CozyCats and Blue Seven (sax/keys/vocals), Rob Neidel of The Hyperdrive Kittens (bass/vocals), Chris Oatman of The Receders (drums), and Jason E. Davies (guitar/vocals).

In addition to interpretations of hit classics from bands you know and love (e.g. The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Police, Men At Work, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Steely Dan, Tears For Fears, U2, Stevie Wonder, Steve Miller, Gerry Rafferty, and more), Jason’s tightly crafted tunes feature improvised solos with pointed lyrics that span edgy political and environmental themes to tales of unrequited love and introspection – all with an ultimately optimistic perspective on the possible.
