DESCRIPTION:Every Sunday starting April 6th\, from 1 pm to 3:30 pm\, “JAZZ IN THE PLAZA” will begin its Fifth Season of free\, outdoor jazz concerts in Putnam Plaza – in front of the Speakeasy Restaurant in downtown Petaluma. \nThe creation of Chuck Sher (jazz bassist\, book publisher and KRCB radio host )\, “Jazz in the Plaza” will have a rotating cast of the best local jazz musicians playing high-class\, listenable music – including outstanding players like Ken Cook\, Kendrick Freeman\, Randy Vincent\, David Rokeach\, Rob Suddeth\, Doug Morton and many more.  \nBring the family and hang out with the crowd of music lovers that show up every week. These concerts are graciously sponsored by local philanthropists Music in Place and Jamey Aebersold’s www.jazzbooks.com.
